With a robust background in social services, Jermaine has honed his expertise through various impactful roles. He previously worked as an Outreach Specialist and Case Manager at Pacifica in San Francisco, where he provided essential support and resources to individuals in need. Additionally, he served as a Reentry Specialist at Positive Direction Equals Change, assisting formerly incarcerated individuals in successfully reintegrating into society. Jermaine’s personal experience enriches his professional capabilities, allowing him to connect deeply with those he serves. At Brighter Futures, he also facilitates group sessions, providing guidance and support to our residents. His dedication and comprehensive approach make him an invaluable asset to our team and the men he supports.
